Anonymous Reports
Anonymous reports of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or other conduct prohibited under the College’s Anti-Discrimination, Harassment, Retaliation, and Title IX Policy and Related Grievance Procedures may be made:
- By submitting an Online Report Form (report is sent directly to the Office of Equity Compliance and can be filled out anonymously, if you choose)
- By submitting a Silent Report (report is sent directly to the Office of Public Safety). Information related to discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation is provided to the AVP/Office of Equity Compliance.
Please note that neither of these forms is connected to 911 or emergency services.
